With fall makeup collections dropping this month and I wanted to share what products I will be looking for to add to my fall makeup collection.

What I’m looking forward to on the Trend front and what will inspire my shopping list:

-Inner Corner Accents

-Glowy not highlight-y skin. Think more residual sheen from like when your skincare sets in rather than shimmer.

-Kohl Rimmed Eyes– As much as I have loved not wearing that much makeup these past few months, I am beyond excited to break out my black the minute the temperature drops. Fall and Winter clothing is my preferred state, and along with that comes FW makeup. I love the dramatic flair that fall brings.

-Dark Vampy Lips- doih.

Specific Products I’m wanting to check out:

Chanel’s New Collection– Byrdie had a sneak  peek of their new collection that I saw on their Instagram story and I immediately fell in love with the colors inspired by the California coast, sunsets and the city. (Site for pics) I’m putting most of the collection on my birthday list!

Laura Mercier’s Flawless Fusion Foundation- Her new foundation looks ultra-lightweight but still has the qualities of something like a BB cream. Your skin will look like skin.

Laura Mercier’s Matte Eye Caviar Crayons– mmmkay- getting ready to buy the ENTIRE matte collection. I have been THE biggest fan of this product for years and have acquired almost every color of her shimmery eye caviar sticks. They are my absolute favorite for achieving my ultimate goal. Eyes that have interest with impact for little to no effort. Seriously. Just scribble as eyeliner, all over shadow or heavier in the crease to your desired effect and just smudge with your finger. I can’t wait to get my hands on these matte shades for fall. Seriously SO excited.

Chanel Rouge Coco Lip Gloss in Epique- I’m not much of a lip gloss gal, but after seeing this combo on Yara Shahidi, I am dying to recreate it for fall and winter.

Okay, V excited about Dior’s launch. I’m looking forward to trying the Metallizers. Again, that inner corner accent is what I’m after and a bright pop of metallic would be so awesome. I’m obsessed with the colors in this collection. All of the Metallizers, the blush/highlighter duos, and THE LIPSTICKS- I’m so excited to try them out.

As for going after that glowy sheen for my skin- I’m wanting to try out the new Dior Life skincare line. The HydraWater Sorbet and Serum could be the solution to my forever dry skin. And I love that they have a Plumping Mask for smile lines.

As much as I do want that glow- I’ve got to try the Dior DiorSkin Nude Air Luminizer in 003-I’ve been wanting to swatch these IRL to see if they live up to the hype! The departure from a shimmery highlight might be harder than I think!

Marc Jacobs Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette– I love the concept behind these palettes. They are shadows that showcase finishes similar to textiles he uses in his fashion lines. Complete with velvet, satin, silk and lamé- they are meant to be layered to add dimension and intrigue to the eyes. The colors are so beautiful- I can’t decide which palette I’d like to ask for my birthday! Glambition and Scandalust are my faves.

Maybelline’s SuperStay Matte Ink Lipsticks – I”ve swatched Dior Tattoo Lipstick, want to test YSL and Chanel’s versions of ink stains too, but want to see if Maybelline has a comparable product. In the swatches I’ve seen online, the formula looks a bit tacky and sticky unlike the deep stains the other products have to offer but it’s worth a shot!

They’re are a lot of other fall makeup lines coming out, those were just a few of my favorites!
