Doing the makeup for a bride on her wedding day is something that causes me so much stress, yet brings me more joy when she sees herself in the mirror for the first time. Seeing that smile and the smiles on her loved ones, truly make my job so much fun. There is always going to be a certain amount of pressure no matter if every step and color is ironed out; but in the case of this particular wedding, I was sweating bullets because it was my best friend. Great- I knew I couldn’t make it through typing that sentence without tearing up..haha.
Vannie and Julia got married in April, and every time I have sat down to write about their wedding I turn myself into a puddle of tears by going through the pictures and watching the video!
