Grammy’s 2015

Gwen Stefani. She and Pharrell must share their secret ways to anti-aging because she is STUNNING. That jumpsuit..her hair and makeup..she makes looking cool and glamorous so freaking simple. I MUST find that nude lip color ASAP. Then her red dress and lips she changed into for her performance with Adam Levine was just classic. This is how its done ladies and gents. Amazing.

My internet was down yesterday so my apologies for the late post!

This past Sunday was the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. Usually it is by far my favorite award show throughout the season but again I hate to say that was a bit bored! There were a lot of highlights for me though!

I do love that it was Sam Smith’s night. He is SO wonderful and truly deserved every win, so congrats to him and on his lovely performance with Mary J. Blige. I’m a sucker for strings, so the fact that it was just their voices and the orchestra was really incredible. Stevie Wonder joining Usher on stage was exciting! I can’t wait for his special on the 16th! And I loved John Mayer’s hot pink guitar.

On to my favorite beauty looks from the night!

Again, I hate to say I was pretty unimpressed by the fashion other than Gwen Stefani, I do think Nikki Minaj’s Tom Ford dress looked incredible on her and Chrissy Tiegan’s white Emilio Pucci with the cut outs was pretty cool too.

My favorite makeup looks were all fairly simple! With the exception of a few stars it seems as though the “no makeup makeup look” is still going strong from last season. A nude lip was huge on the red carpet at the Grammy’s. Rihanna, Nikki Minaj, Chrissy Tiegan, Ciara and Katy Perry all got it right with the addition of smokey eyes and strong brows. All very beautiful!
